Our state of the art cutting equipment (CNC cutting machine Hi-RAPTOR 2.5 with continuous conveyor feed) can accept material of up to 2000 mm width. The continuous feed mechanism means there is no limit on material length. Depending on the material being processed, and the tooling used, the table has a max speed of 1500mm/ second. An array of materials, including fabrics and rubbers, can be accommodated.
We have a skilled team of sewing technicians who can tackle the toughest assignments with professionalism and efficiency. Stitching capability includes single lock stitch, 2/3 needle chain stitch, 3 thread overlocker and 4 point zig zag lock stitch.
We are skilled at working with and curing rubber products. Our expertise lies in inflatable rubber bags and heating mats but we have the capability to build and cure multiple product types. Autoclave: 1.5 x 4m with max temperature 200°C, and max pressure 100psi.
